BJJ Training for Kids

For children, there is hardly any better training than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to improve body awareness and coordination, to increase self-confidence, but also to practice respectful togetherness and fairness.

Balance, attention, energy, discipline, safety and aggression reduction – just to name some positive aspects of BJJ training, for the children it is almost endless. At the same time, the kids also learn to defend themselves in threatening situations. The risk of injury is less than in other martial arts, as in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu NO kicks and punches are allowed. Instead, it is founded in throws, sweeps and ground combat are in the foreground.

Our kids training excites the kids with techniques, balance exercises and easy competition training are mixed and taught playfully. The focus is always fun, variety but of course the safety of the little ones - a mixture in which never bores arises and at the same time the concentration of the children is maintained.

BJJ Training for Adults

For us is Our BJJ Team is a family and we believe that we are way stronger together. Therefore, we ask all who train with us to leave their EGO at the door.

Our training is aimed at beginners and advanced alike and combines warm-up, stretching exercises and various technical and basic exercises with a light to heavy sparring. The techniques in the BJJ are so varied that there is always a lot of variety.

After a short time, the positive effects of the BJJ training are noticeable. Not only the understanding of the principles and techniques grows, but also the physical fitness, the self-confidence and the general well-being are clearly improved.
