The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of HOLY GROUND SQUAD apply by the conclusion of a training agreement or purchase of 10-card, as well as by participation in the class, as recognized and are also as house rules for members, participants, for visitors during the stay in the school.
- The training in all areas of the offer takes place for reasons of safety and purposeful exercise without exception under supervision. Each participant assures that he is well aware of his safe state of health before starting his studies. In case of doubt, a sports physician has confirmed that he is harmless with regard to the practice of gymnastic movements and martial arts. Safety is the highest priority, to avoid the own danger, as well as possible danger of other participants.
- Participation in training under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, intoxicants of any kind is strictly prohibited. Insofar as the participant is dealing with chronic, medically treated states of health, the pupil's duty to clarify this is before the start of the training, or point 1 of the GTC applies. HOLY GROUND SQUAD assumes no liability for accidental injury during the course of the class. Each student or their parent or guardian declares himself enlightened about the danger of fighting and contact sports. Responsible instruction tailored to the student's physical and mental abilities is the foundation provided by HOLY GROUND SQUAD.
- The 6-month agreement is automatically renewed for a further 6 months, unless the cancellation has been received in writing by HOLY GROUND SQUAD at least 1 month before expiry. Terminations will only be accepted by letter and will not take effect until the date of service.
- The 12-month agreement is automatically renewed for a further 12 months, unless the notice of cancellation has been received in writing by HOLY GROUND SQUAD 2 months before expiry. Cancellations will only be accepted by letter and will not be effective until the date of service.
- In the event of late payment, HOLY GROUND SQUAD reserves the right to exclude the student from the lessons, but the student's contractual obligations remain unaffected.
- 10-card cards are to be consumed by the participant within 3 months, since they then become invalid. Extensions can only be granted by HOLY GROUND SQUAD.
- The student / participant is committed to personal hygiene, order and cleanliness, respect for the equipment of the training rooms and respect for guests, classmates, participants, teachers, instructors and other presenters. Violations, violent, sexual, religious, political or racial abuses lead to the exclusion from the classroom and the ban on the house.
- Offenses or violations in the sense of the German penal code lead to the announcement. In case of doubt, HOLY GROUND SQUAD also reserves the right to exclude lessons, the contractual obligations of the student remain unaffected and likewise there is no claim for reimbursement for unused dates of a purchased ten-card. The well-founded assumption of a suspected act is already sufficient.
- In case of cancellation of lessons due to force majeure, the student is not entitled to reimbursement. HOLY GROUND SQUAD reserves the right to redefine the training facility at any time or to close the school on public holidays and during school holidays, possibly also temporarily for further education or reconstruction, without this resulting in a claim for reimbursement by the student. Insofar as the student has not been proved to have an objective impossibility to attend lessons after the change of location, this agreement remains unaffected. This applies to a possible move of the school or the student.
